I've changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
No — all sales are final, and we don't offer refunds.
We'd rather say that plainly up front than bury it. Our product team chooses each piece against current demand and trends, and by the time an order is placed the costs behind it have already been spent. That's the trade that keeps our prices where they are.
So the responsibility sits with you before you buy: read the description and look at every photo. If anything on the product page is unclear, ask us first. We'd much rather answer a question than have you order the wrong thing.
I received the wrong item.
Then we fix it, free.
"Wrong item" means you received something completely different from what's shown on our website.
We replace these
- You ordered a dress and received a pair of shoes.
- You ordered lipstick and received mascara.
We don't replace these
- You ordered a weighted plushie and feel it isn't weighted.
- You ordered a jacket in large and feel the one you received is a small.
The difference is identity, not impression. We aim to put everything a buying decision needs onto the product page, precisely so nobody has to guess. If what arrived is the item you ordered, it isn't a wrong-item claim, even if it isn't what you pictured.
How to claim a replacement
- Email us three photos of the item you received, from three different angles. This is what lets us expedite your replacement, so please don't skip it.
- We create a replacement order at the same shipping speed you originally paid for.

Keep the wrong item. Once a replacement is approved there's nothing to send back to us.

If 30 days have passed and your order hasn't reached you, we'll create a replacement at the same shipping speed as your original order. Just email us.
One exception: this doesn't apply to shipments the carrier has already marked as delivered — a USPS or Canada Post tracking page showing "delivered", for example.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have it.
Contact your local post office first.
Once a carrier records a package as delivered, they hold the delivery record, so they're the ones who can trace where it actually went.
